My Grant

Ecovolt are accredited installers of Solar PV systems for domestic and commercial purposes. Grants from the LCBP are no longer available since the 5th February 2010. Our page on Feed in Tariffs, which have now superceded the LCBP grants gives information on how much will be paid out for PV systems installed.

You may be able to source other grants from your local authorities depending on the type of installation proposed, and this is certainly worth enquiring about. All the assistance required from Ecovolt will be offered for claiming any other grants. Financial institutions are now starting to offer loans which are tailor made for such investments, and mortgage lenders are looking very favourably lending for green projects such as PV where a guaranteed return will pay for the installation AND provide an income on top of this .

Additionally, electricity suppliers pay you for unused units over and above the feed-in tariffs, so with the combination of these methods, you will save substantially on your bills.

If you are interested in alternative energy for your business premises, or if you represent a charity or a not-for-profit organisation, there are grants and interest free loans (with repayments financed from your energy savings) available. Please call us to find out more.

The Carbon Trust administeras such loans, and we would be happy to advise you how you can save serious amounts of money on your fuel bill while making a significant positive ecological contribution to our environment. Government has targets it wants to achieve, and they are offering incentives to all of us in order that we as a country may reach them.
